The Hammers defended with heart, courage and inspiration.
And David Moyes’s men managed to keep Spurs at bay, ending the game with a hard-fought three points.
Jose Mourinho was outwitted by Moyes.
But all the credit has to go to the West Ham players. Each and every one of them gave their all and fully deserved the three points.

Tomas Soucek was once again in inspired form for the Hammers. The big Czech ace has already established himself as a cult hero at the London Stadium.
The 25-year-old wasn’t at his best in the final third but he put in a tremendous shift defensively. Soucek’s standout moment was in the 17th minute of the game when he clashed heads with Davinson Sanchez.
Micah Richards blown away by ‘different level’ Tomas Soucek
Bleeding profusely, the Czech giant jumped straight back to his feet and attempted to block a follow up shot from Harry Kane.
Micah Richards told Sky Sports (Sunday February 21st, 12:54) how Soucek’s mentality is on a different level:

“Soucek, he’s like a man mountain. His mentality is different level. How he bounces straight back up.”
Soucek has been a major factor behind West Ham’s fine form this season.
Without him the Hammers would be nowhere near as effective. Let’s just be thankful that we’ve got him at the London Stadium.
You’re already a West Ham legend Tomas!
