The 31-year-old Hammers left-back has experienced quite a spectacular renaissance this season.
Many West Ham fans had written the Liverpool-born ace off last season. It seemed as though old father time has caught up with him.

Cresswell has emphatically proved his doubters wrong this term, however.
The 31-year-old, who earns £55k-a-week according to Football League FC, has excelled whether playing as part of a back four or a back five.
Signed from Ipswich Town for around £4 million nearly seven years ago (The Mirror), Cresswell has been a truly brilliant servant for the Hammers.

Not only has the West Ham ace defended superbly well this season but he has also been a real threat going forward as well.
The 31-year-old already has six Premier League assists to his name this season – a stunning return for a defender.
The Hammers star was one of the stand-out players during our game against Spurs today.
