Danny Gabbidon has suggested on Twitter that David Moyes needs to bring a couple of players to West Ham to enable him to stick with his preferred 5-2-3/3-4-3 system.

The Hammers were forced to switch to four at the back away at Leeds 10 days ago when Arthur Masuaku was ruled out after undergoing knee surgery.
We beat Leeds but have since taken just one point from games against Crystal Palace and Chelsea.
West Ham have looked shaky defensively and we just don’t look like the same as when we had Masuaku and Vladimir Coufal operating as wing-backs either side of Angelo Ogbonna, Fabian Balbuena and Aaron Cresswell.

The fact that an injury to one player has forced David Moyes to change his entire system really says all you need to know about the Hammers owners.
The Scot wasn’t backed adequately in the summer transfer window. And our lack of strength in depth is now coming home to roost.

David Sullivan and David Gold must provide David Moyes with the funds needed to bring in a centre-forward, a left wing-back and a central midfielder in January. That’s if they want to give us every chance of finishing inside the top six or seven this season of course.
Danny Gabbidon took to Twitter last night and highlighted just how threadbare the West Ham squad is:
We all know how this one ends.
Moyes won’t be backed in the January window and we will stuggle to maintain our early season form.
It’s just so frustrating isn’t it! Just think what West Ham could achieve with ambitious owners.
Hopefully that day will come and let’s pray that it isn’t too far away.
