David Moyes will make four West Ham changes for Olympiacos and it’s good news for Everton ahead of the weekend.

West Ham play Greek giants Olympiacos in Athens this evening looking to put one foot in the last 16 of the Europa League.

Victory would seal a perfect start of three wins from three for the Hammers in Group A.

But it will be a hostile atmosphere as David Moyes’ men look to get back to winning ways following the 4-1 defeat to Aston Villa on Sunday.

And as always the manager will need to have one eye on this weekend’s Premier League clash against his old club Everton.

Predicted: David Moyes makes four West Ham changes for Olympiacos and it’s good news for Everton

The Toffees have been much improved of late in terms of performances. And it promises to be a difficult game against Sean Dyche’s side.

Everton and their fans will no doubt have one eye on West Ham too. Because they will want to see what kind of changes Moyes makes ahead of Sunday’s clash at the London Stadium.

The Scot usually makes sweeping changes for group stage games.

But given the level of opposition we don’t believe that will be the case in Greece.

Key Hammers stars facing three games in seven days by Everton and out of sorts duo look set to keep places against Toffees

Because not only are most of West Ham’s key players facing a third game in seven days – plus the return trip to Greece – by the time Everton come to town.

But also the line-up we believe Moyes will go with suggests two out of form players many Hammers fans want to see dropped for Everton will actually start against Dyche’s side.

We called for Michail Antonio and Nayef Aguerd to start against Olympiacos so they could be dropped for Everton.

Antonio may well find himself on the bench, though, suggesting he will be up front against Everton despite his woeful performance at Villa.

Emerson suspended for Everton so looks set to start in Athens

We believe Aguerd, also poor at Villa, will start. But Moyes played him in the last European game too as he rests Kurt Zouma’s knees whenever possible. So Aguerd too could start vs Everton.

With the form he is in this season that can only be good news for the Toffees.

The four changes we think Moyes is set to make will see Lukasz Fabianski come in for Alphonse Areola, Thilo Kehrer in for the rested Vladimir Coufal, Mohammed Kudus in for Antonio and Konstantinos Mavropanos in for Zouma against his countrymen.

Emerson is likely to start as he is suspended for the Everton clash.

Predicted West Ham starting XI to face Olympiacos:

Fabianski, Kehrer, Mavropanos, Aguerd, Emerson, Soucek, Alvarez, Ward-Prowse, Paqueta, Kudus, Bowen.
