Paul Merson predictions: The well-known pundit has delivered his verdict on tomorrow’s Liverpool vs West Ham clash.
The Hammers head to Anfield tomorrow evening to take on Liverpool in the 17:30 Premier League kick-off.

West Ham really have our work cut out if we are to leave Merseyside with a positive result.
Jurgen Klopp has built a quite incredible team at Anfield and Liverpool are now one of the very best sides in world football.

The Reds have been in scintillating form of late as well. They have won their last 11 games in all competitions if you include last Sunday’s Carabao Cup final success over Chelsea on penalties.
Paul Merson predictions: Liverpool vs West Ham analysed
The Hammers have struggled recently.
David Moyes has been openly critical of his players of late. We have won just three of our last eight Premier League games.
And Merson explained why it will be more of the same at Anfield tomorrow evening, when writing his regular column for Sportskeeda:

“This is a massive football match. West Ham got a good result against Wolves in the Premier League, but Southampton knocked them out of the FA Cup. Liverpool are rolling along and I don’t think there is a team out there that can prevent them from scoring, so I think they’ll win and put major pressure on Manchester City as they prepare to take on Manchester United at the Etihad Stadium.”
Prediction: Liverpool 2-0 West Ham United
To be honest, we’re not expecting much at Anfield tomorrow evening.
West Ham have been fairly poor over the past few months aside from our victory over Wolves last weekend.
The only thing that we will say is that a game away at Liverpool will not define our season. Our following five Premier League matches against Aston Villa, Tottenham, Everton, Brentford and Burnley are the kind of games that we need to be picking up points in.
Who knows though? Perhaps we will go to Anfield and cause a huge upset against Liverpool tomorrow.
