Arthur Masuaku is rated at 50/50 to be fit for the clash with the Blues at the London Stadium.
And if the 27-year-old doesn’t make it, Claret and Hugh reckon Benrahma could get the nod.
The 25-year-old Algeria international has experienced a strange old start to life at West Ham.
He was eased in slowly by David Moyes and then burst onto the scene away at Leeds in December.

Said Benrahma could get big chance for West Ham against Chelsea
Claret and Hugh reckon that the former Brentford ace is first in line to replace Arthur Masuaku if the Congolese ace isn’t fit to start against Chelsea.

If Benrahma does start, that would mean a switch to four at the back, with Ben Johnson filling in for Aaron Cresswell.
The 25-year-old winger desperately needs to spark his West Ham career into life. A start against Chelsea might just give him the confidence he needs to do just that.
Three points against Thomas Tuchel’s side is an absolute must. The stage is set for Benrahma. It remains to be seen whether he’s ready to take his chance, however.
