Video has emerged showing West Ham United star Pablo Fornals scoring an amazing Dimitri Payet-esque free-kick while training with Spain.

And his Spain teammate, Wolverhampton Wanderers star Adama Traore, loved it as he watched on in awe, congratulating the West Ham ace with a fist bump and a smile.

Fornals earned a much deserved recall to the Spain squad for the current internationals, three years after his last selection for the senior side.

Fornals rewarded for brilliant West Ham form with deserved Spain call

The midfielder has becomes one of West Ham’s best players and one of the first names on David Moyes’s team sheet.

Fornals is loved by West Ham fans for his all action, hardworking displays.

And after being called up to a Spanish standby squad by Luis Enrique for the summer’s Euros, Fornals has been rewarded with a full selection.

The West Ham man showed why when he provided an assist in a 4-0 win over Georgia.

But who knew Fornals could take amazing free-kicks too?

At West Ham the likes of Aaron Cresswell, Jarrod Bowen and Said Benrahma take the lead on free-kick duty.

Fornals might have something to say about that soon, though. Especially if Moyes sees the footage which shows the 25-year-old bending an audacious, powerful free-kick into the top corner from 30 yards out.

Moyes might have to give Fornals his chance from free-kicks

And don’t be surprised to see Fornals on free-kicks at some stage!

West Ham are lucky to have Fornals. He is such an all-rounder. And it is not everyday you get a young player from another country who completely immerses himself in the club like Fornals has.

He has started the season in great form with two goals and an assist in West Ham’s first three games.

His average match rating is close to 8/10 too – an astonishing figure bettered only by Hammers teammate Michail Antonio (WhoScored).
