Lingard has been so important for David Moyes since moving to the London Stadium on loan from Man United in January.
The 28-year-old has firmly established himself as a huge fan favourite in the East End.
So the Sun’s report earlier this week regarding Jesse’s ongoing injury problems would have been concerning for the West Ham fans to read.
