Report claims Leeds have just been handed a huge injury boost ahead of West Ham clash

Leeds United have received a huge boost ahead of tonight’s clash with West Ham United with The Yorkshire Post reporting that Rodrigo is set to return to Marcelo Bielsa’s side.

The club record £27 million signing from Valencia has missed the Whites’ last six games with a groin injury.

The Spaniard racked up three goals and one assist in 20 games for Leeds before getting injured (Transfermarkt).

He is a hugely important player for the west Yorkshire club. He is very good in possession and offers Bielsa’s side a certain level of creativity and guile in the final third.

And The Yorkshire Post are claiming that Leeds have been handed a huge boost with the news that Rodrigo is set to return to action against West Ham.

Marcelo Bielsa will be delighted to have the former Valencia man back and available for selection.

West Ham will have to be at our very best tonight if we are to have any chance of beating Leeds.

We are more than capable of doing just that. If David Moyes’s men are on it at the London Stadium, we should cause the Whites all sorts of problems.

It should be an absolute cracker. Let’s just hope that Rodrigo doesn’t produce the goods if he selected to play tonight.
