Newcastle are set to be without their two first choice goalkeepers for Sunday’s clash with West Ham United.
That’s according to Soccer 24:

The Magpies play host to the Hammers at St James’ Park on Sunday afternoon in the two o’clock kick-off.

Both clubs will be desperate to get their respective campaigns off to a strong start.

Newcastle blow ahead of West Ham clash
It seems as though Steve Bruce could have his work cut-out if his side are to get a positive result against David Moyes’ men.
With Karl Darlow and Martin Dubravka both out, Freddie Woodman will most likely start between the sticks for the Magpies.

The 24-year-old impressed whilst on loan with Swansea for the last two seasons. He has made just four senior appearances for Newcastle, however.
And playing in front of a packed St James’ Park for the first time in a couple of years may well be a difficult scenario for him.

West Ham will be confident of bringing a positive result back with them to the London Stadium.
A Newcastle team without Darlow or Dubravka will undoubtedly be a lot weaker. And the Hammers need to take advantage of that.
It has also been reported that Allan Saint-Maximin and Callum Wilson are doubts (The Mag). It all seems set up for us to take all three points. Don’t let us down boys!
