With Graham Potter now at the helm at West Ham United, our future could be very bright indeed.
Graham Potter will undoubtedly strengthen his ranks at the London Stadium in the January transfer window.
However, I fully expect him to play a key role in improving every single West Ham player currently at the club.
The 49-year-old is well-known as an exceptional coach who extracts the very best out of his players.
Sure, Potter is eyeing up players like Ezechiel Banzuzi, but he will be fully aware that he needs to make improvements with what he has at his disposal in the here and now.
There are plenty of players at the London Stadium who need to raise their levels, that’s for sure.

Jean-Clair Todibo is one player who has been really underwhelming for us this season.
He clearly didn’t see face-to-face with Julen Lopetegui, and apparently nearly came to blows with him a few months ago.
So with Potter now at the helm, there is optimism amongst some fans that Todibo could flourish under the new head coach, when he returns from injury of course.
However, I believe the 25-year-old should be sent packing this month.
Graham Potter should sell £32m West Ham man
Potter has to make a couple of very difficult decisions at the London Stadium.
And one of them should be to move on Todibo.
West Ham have an obligation to buy the Frenchman in the summer for £32 million from Nice.
However, it wasn’t a straightforward deal whatsoever.
The Hammers hijacked Juventus’s move to sign the 25-year-old, after Tim Steidten flew his jet over to France as the Turin giants closed in on the centre-back.
However, the news that came to light after the deal was sealed was hugely concerning.
It was claimed that Todibo was in fact ‘forced’ to join West Ham, because we were offering a better package than Juventus were.
And since he’s been with us, his below-par performances have reeked of a man who simply doesn’t want to be here.

It has been obvious to see in my eyes, and I believe Potter has to take action and move Todibo on, despite the fact that the centre-back could well be perfectly suited to his system.
Juventus are back in for the 25-year-old (Juve FC), and we should just let him move to the club he clearly wanted to join all along.
Jean-Clair Todibo is not the player we need at West Ham
West Ham need players who want to play for the badge, it’s as simple as that.
With the playing style Potter wants to implement at the London Stadium, Todibo could well flourish.
However, his poor attitude and lackadaisical approach to the game make him a bad fit for Premier League football.
I’ve seen him be bullied on multiple occasions by opposing centre-forwards this season – Dominic Solanke, Chris Wood and Kai Havertz just to name a few.
I would love us to go out and sign Fikayo Tomori this month. The AC Milan central defender is top-class, and Todibo isn’t fit to lace his boots.
The former Chelsea man has also proven that he can cope with the robust, aggressive and intense nature of Premier League football.
The main thing is that Jean-Clair Todibo didn’t want to join West Ham in the first place, and now Graham Potter should give him his wish by letting him leave to join Juventus in the January transfer window.
In order to make that possible though, West Ham will obviously have to sign him permanently from Nice for £32 million before immediately selling him off to Juventus.
Whether or not the Hammers owners have the kind of surplus cash required to do that this month remains to be seen though.
