West Ham United need three more signings in order to challenge for a top four spot this season.
David Moyes has already brought four magnificent players to West Ham in the summer transfer window – Edson Alvarez, James-Ward-Prowse, Konstantinos Mavropanos and Mohammed Kudus.

The Hammers manager has been praised for the transfer business that he has completed so far, but I think more work needs to be done, if we are to kick on and make some genuine progress this season.

The additions of a new left-back, a centre-forward and a versatile attacking midfielder – someone who can play anywhere along the front-line would turn this transfer window from a very good one into a sensational one.
In fact, if Moyes makes three specific signings, I truly believe that West Ham could compete for a top four finish in the Premier League table this season…
After Mohammed Kudus, these three new signings would take West Ham to the Champions League
David Moyes should be going out to sign three more players this summer, and if he does just that we’ll be on to something very special indeed.
Here are the trio that could take the Hammers to the promised land…
The 21-year-old Chelsea ace is a £20 million target for West Ham this summer. He has pace, power and athleticism in abundance and would provide really strong competition for Emerson Palmieri. Maatsen’s energy and drive down the left hand flank would be vital for us when Emerson is unavailable.

The 30-year-old is a free agent and has been training with us recently in a bid to regain his fitness. I’m not suggesting that Jesse comes into the starting XI, but he’d be the ideal replacement for Manuel Lanzini at the London Stadium this season. We all know what Lingard is capable of on his day as well.
Finally, the Sevilla striker could well be the final piece of the puzzle for Moyes. He is the perfect fit for the Scot’s system at West Ham. The Moroccan is hard-working and always makes tireless runs into the channels – just like Michail Antonio. West Ham are in talks to sign the 26-year-old according to Dharmesh Sheth. And he’s apparently available for just £27 million this summer. Signing him really should be a no-brainer for Moyes.
So there you have it. For just £47 million, West Ham can make three more signings that would potentially take us to a whole new level. And with that, the riches of the Champions League could well be on the horizon.
