The 28-year-old has received plenty of stick since he moved to the London Stadium from Brentford in October 2020.
His final ball is sometimes lacking in quality and he definitely needs to be more decisive inside the final third – something that David Moyes continually demands of the winger.
However, he is consistently our most threatening attacking outlet and always tries to make something happen.

Now, I’m not condoning fans running on the pitch at all, rather just highlighting the human side of the former Brentford man.
I think that selling Said Benrahma would be a big mistake, and his performance for West Ham against Brighton proves just how much he has to offer.
The thought of the 28-year-old linking up with Lucas Paqueta and Mohammed Kudus is a hugely exciting one.
And I’m really hoping that he remains at the London Stadium beyond the end of the summer transfer window.
