The £45 million striker has endured a really tough time at the London Stadium since joining the Hammers from Eintracht Frankfurt.

Sebastien Haller arrived at West Ham with a big repuation.

Unfortunately for him he hasn’t reached the heights that he is undoubtedly capable of.

The 26-year-old is very talented and he has so much quality. West Ham haven’t played to his strengths, that goes without saying.

It has to be said that Haller quite simply needs to do more, however. The Ivory Coast international is too easy to bully off the ball.

David Moyes clearly not keen on Sebastien Haller

Questions have been asked pertaining to whether he is suited to the Premier League what with its robust and intense nature.

It seems as though David Moyes just doesn’t rate Sebastien Haller. It really is as simple as that.

The former Eintracht Frankfurt ace’s display against Chelsea on Monday night left a lot to be desired.

Claret and Hugh have claimed that a prominent national journalist told them that Moyes was absolutely letting rip at Haller from the touchline at Stamford Bridge.

C&H claimed a couple of days ago that West Ham will try to sell the 26-year-old back to the Bundesliga in the summer for around £25 million.

It seems as though Haller’s days at the London Stadium are numbered. And with Michail Antonio nearing a return from injury, the Ivorian won’t have too many more opportunities to prove to David Moyes that he has what it takes to succeed at West Ham.

Haller may well go on and be a huge success at his next club. Moving him on will surely be the right call next summer, however.
