The Czech Republic international has been a breath of fresh air since joining West Ham. He is defensively sound and a real threat in the final third.
The midfielder has brought a certain level of athleticism, dynamic and energy to the Hammers’ engine room.
And it seems as though he has already established himself as an indispensable player for David Moyes.
Soucek was absolutely everywhere against Burnley tonight. It’s just a shame that all of his teammates weren’t at his level.
The Czech ace made seven tackles and won 9 aerial duals and 15 individual duals (Football Critic). He has been making David Moyes’s side tick of late.
Without him, West Ham would be so ineffective. So staying up and getting him signed permanently is an absolute must for the Hammers.
