West Ham fans are pleading with the powers that be at the club to give Felipe Anderson a second chance.
The Brazilian was pictured at Rush Green today as the Hammers first-team returned for pre-season training.
He spent last season away from the London Stadium on loan with Porto.
Unfortunately for Anderson, however, he experienced real problems with the Portuguese club.
The 28-year-old seems to be an absolute shadow of his former self.
He was obviously lacking confidence last season but the onus really is on him to dig himself out of the hole that he currently finds himself in.
If the Brazilian returns to pre-season training in good spirits, works hard and starts to reproduce the kind of form we all know he is capable of then perhaps David Moyes might be tempted to give him one final chance.
West Ham fans want Felipe Anderson to stay
A fully fit and firing Anderson could certainly be a real asset for the Hammers next season.
