Jack Wilshere posted a video to his social media platforms yesterday that captured him lunging into a two-footed challenge on his partner in their back garden, and some West Ham fans have taken to Twitter in reaction to the post.
The 28-year-old, who earns £100,000 per week with the Hammers according to Spotrac, moved to east London on a free transfer in the summer of 2018.
The former Arsenal man has proven to be a terrible signing for West Ham, however.
Wilshere has made just 16 appearances for the Hammers in 20 months, racking up just one goal and one assist in the process (Transfermarkt).
And he has made just eight appearances for the east London outfit this season (Transfermarkt).
Claret and Hugh claimed last week that West Ham want to move the midfielder on sooner rather than later. But they are apparently struggling to do so.
Wilshere has proven time and time again that he is just not fit or robust enough to play on a regular basis for a Premier League side.
The former Arsenal man seemed to be in fine spirits yesterday, however, posting the below video to his online followers:

Made more tackles in these 28 seconds than he has in the 18 months at West Ham https://t.co/N5ywyV6dnF
