West Ham manager David Moyes has a lot of work to do at the London Stadium in the summer.

The Scot will be prioritising the additions of a top-class striker, an established centre-back and an elite left-back before the start of next season.

Moyes has proven before that he is more than open to giving youth a chance as well, however. The Scot brought a plethora of young players to the London Stadium last summer including the likes of Armstrong Okoflex, Thierry Nevers and Levi Laing.

And it seems as though he has the signing of yet another talented youngster lined up ahead of this summer’s window…

The Daily Mail claims that the Hammers want to prise the 18-year-old away from Ashton Gate in the summer.

And we think that the talented teenager would be a really exciting addition to Moyes’s ranks at West Ham.

Scott has bagged three goals and two assists in 28 Championship games for the Robins this season (Transfermarkt).

The youngster is an attacking midfielder and seems to glide along the turf with grace and panache. He is very similar to Manchester City star Jack Grealish in the way that he goes about his business (Daily Mail).

Scott possesses exceptional technical ability and in spite of his tenders years, he already has impressive physical strength.

The teenager undoubtedly won’t come cheap though.

Bristol City have a proven record of getting top dollar for the players they sell.

Brighton had to agree a club record £22m to prise Adam Webster away while Lloyd Kelly’s move to Bournemouth is worth up to £20m.

The likes of Josh Brownhill, Bobby Reid and Aiden Flint were also only allowed to leave Ashton Gate for significant fees.

In fact, Bristol World recently claimed that the attacking midfielder could cost anywhere up to £25 million.

So if West Ham really want to sign Alex Scott in the summer, we had better be ready to pay a significant fee for his services.
