It is believed that West Ham will pay around £25 million for the 26-year-old. That could end up looking like an absolute bargain.

Aguerd will complete his paperwork this weekend ahead of a proposed move to the London Stadium according to Sky Sports reporter Dharmesh Sheth:

Why it has taken this long to get done is truly baffling anyway.

Let’s just hope that there are no more nasty surprises waiting for us.

West Ham signing Nayef Aguerd is an absolute necessity. And it appears as though it will all be wrapped up imminently.

David Moyes will be absolutely delighted to get this one over the line and the Hammers will be a much stronger team defensively with Aguerd starting alongside Kurt Zouma next season.
