The Hammers went into the break off the back of three dismal home defeats and to a cacophony of jeers from West Ham’s fans.
But the mood inside the camp clearly remains upbeat.

Benrahma is filming inside the West Ham changing room for a video posted to his Instagram stories and shared widely by fans across social media.
And there is certainly nothing wrong with the team spirit behind the scenes.
Craig Dawson can be seen pushing his fellow defender Angelo Ogbonna across the changing room IN A BIN!
Dawson gives his West Ham teammate a big push across the room towards Paqueta, who is deep in conversation with fellow Brazilian-born Hammer Emerson.
The former Chelsea man tries to help Ogbonna out of the bin but to no avail.
And the Italian fan favourite eventually has to be tipped sideways onto the floor by Paqueta and Emerson as it was the only way to get him out.
Someone in the background can be heard telling Ogbonna: “Angelo that’s how you played on Saturday.”
Tomas Soucek is also seen laughing as he watched on in the video.
It’s great to see the West Ham players are in good spirits ahead of the restart.
Let’s hope we are all smiling come Boxing Day evening after our trip to the Emirates when the serious stuff starts again.
