Joleon Lescott suggested that West Ham United ace Michail Antonio could destroy Leeds on Monday night, when speaking on Sky Sports’ Gillette Soccer Saturday programme (Saturday March 6th, 2:40 pm).

The 30-year-old Hammers ace is absolutely vital to the way in which David Moyes’s side operate.
Antonio’s power and pace offers West Ham something that they don’t otherwise possess.
When he is on he is unplayable.
And the Hammers fans will be hoping that Antonio can cause the Whites all sorts of problems on Monday night.

West Ham battered Leeds at Elland Road in the reverse fixture back in December. And we did that without Michy!
Marcelo Bielsa’s men will be no pushover this time though. That’s for sure.
Joleon Lescott backs West Ham ace to ‘destroy’ Leeds
The Hammers will be hoping to brush the West Yorkshire outfit aside. We desperately need all three points to keep up our push for the top four.
Joleon Lescott predicted that one West Ham player in particular could cause Leeds all sorts of problems on Monday night, when speaking on Sky Sports’ Gillette Soccer Saturday programme (Saturday March 6th, 2:40 pm):

“I think the game against Leeds could play into the hands of Antonio. I think if they give him big space to run and isolate defenders against him 1v1, he can destroy people. So if Leeds go into this game thinking 1v1 our players are better than yours, they could be in for a rude awakening in my opinion.”
Antonio is an absolute powerhouse, and if the Leeds defenders aren’t on it on Monday night, they will have all sorts of problems.
West Ham need to defend solidly as a unit too if we are to keep the visitors at bay.
It should be an absolute cracker at the London Stadium.
And let’s just hope that Lescott is spot on with his pre-game premonition.
