West Ham United insiders Claret and Hugh have provided an update on our chances of signing Manchester City ace Oleksandr Zinchenko this summer.

And unfortunately for us, it’s not good news.
The Hammers were linked with a move for Man City ace Zinchenko last summer (Football.London) and in January of this year (ExWHUemployee).
The 24-year-old is a truly top class player. He can operate at either left-back, left wing-back or even further forward in a more attacking role.

West Ham boss David Moyes should be looking to sign a new left wing-back this summer.
Arthur Masuaku has experienced problems with injury recently whilst Aaron Cresswell is on the wrong side of 31.
And Manchester City star Oleksandr Zinchenko would be a fine addition for West Ham.
There appears to be a problem for the Hammers, however.

West Ham insiders deliver Oleksandr Zinchenko update
Claret and Hugh claims that Manchester City are set to offer the 24-year-old a new deal.
Pep Guardiola values the Ukraine international at around £40 million as well. So if those two claims are true, West Ham’s hopes of signing Zinchenko are dead and buried.
It seems as though the Ukrainian will be staying at the Etihad for the foreseeable future.
And that is a real shame. Zinchenko would have been a fabulous addition to David Moyes’s side.
