According to West Ham insiders Claret and Hugh, West Ham United’s potential deal to sign Queens Park Rangers starlet Eberechi Eze remains very much on.
The Sun reported yesterday that Crystal Palace are refusing to meet QPR’s £20 million asking price for the 22-year-old.
And that has potentially opened the door for the Hammers once again.
David Moyes has been after Eze since January (The Sun). The Scot wants to bring young, talented and hungry players to the London Stadium this summer.
And the QPR starlet certainly fits into that category.
The 22-year-old has racked up 14 goals and eight assists in 46 Championship outings for QPR (Transfermarkt).
In those outings, Eze has averaged 2.2 shots, 1.8 key passes and three dribbles per game (Who Scored).
The QPR ace is a truly wonderful player. And the Sun claims that the west London outfit are demanding £20 million for the exciting young play-maker.
That fee would represent great business for West Ham. He could easily be worth three times that amount in a few years.
The 22-year-old has everything that the east London outfit lack in the middle of the park. He would be a really exciting addition for the club.
And the Hammers owners must do absolutely everything they can to bring Eze to the London Stadium this summer.
