'I'm told': ITK shares whether West Ham players want Fabianski or Areola to start against Newcastle

West Ham Twitter ITK westhamonline has claimed that some West Ham players believe that Lukasz Fabianski should still be starting in goal this season ahead of Alphonse Areola.

The 28-year-old new arrival has allegedly impressed in training, however.

The westhamonline Twitter account gained traction when it was started back in February of this year and began to nail every single ‘predicted XI’.

It is now thought that whoever the anonymous tweeter is has some kind of inside knowledge at the London Stadium.

Usually, the claims the account makes on Twitter turn out to be pretty much spot on.

Fabianski Areola debate heats up

The Frenchman is expected to push the Pole all the way for the number one jersey at the London Stadium.

West Ham Twitter ITK westhamonline has weighed in on the situation and shared what he has heard regarding the matter:

David Moyes is an extremely pragmatic manager. He always eases his new signings in slowly but surely.

It would be no surprise at all if Fabianski is given the nod for the Newcastle game.
