Real Madrid now allegedly want to sign West Ham United transfer target Armando Broja from Chelsea this summer.
That’s according to a report from The Evening Standard who claim that Real Madrid have actually made contact with Chelsea about signing the 20-year-old striker.

Fabrizio Romano recently claimed that Thomas Tuchel wants to keep Broja at Chelsea this summer.
That was a blow in itself for West Ham but Real Madrid’s reported interest in signing the Albania international may well be the final nail in the coffin for us.
That blow is somewhat easier to stomach considering the fact that David Moyes has already brought Gianluca Scamacca to the London Stadium this summer.
Nevertheless, missing out on Broja will still hurt…
Real Madrid enter race to sign Armando Broja
Los Blancos have contacted Chelsea about signing the 20-year-old striker this summer according to a report from The Evening Standard.
Chelsea are believed to want around £40 million for Broja according to Give Me Sport. Real Madrid would think absolutely nothing of paying that kind of money for the talented youngster.
We really wanted to see Broja at the London Stadium this summer. He would have been so good for us.
He has been described as an ‘exceptional’ striker by The Athletic. Meanwhile, One Football label him as ‘lethal’. And Albania coach Sergio Porrini called him ‘devastating’.
Broja seems to be ideally suited to West Ham and considering the way in which he stretches the opposition with tireless runs into the channels, it’s easy to see why Moyes wants to sign him.
The Albanian showcased his talents during a loan spell with Southampton last season.
Armando Broja is an absolute powerhouse and in my view, he’s easily good enough to play for Real Madrid already. Perhaps the Spanish giants are eyeing the Albanian as a long-term Karim Benzema replacement.
And if Los Blancos do make an official move to sign Broja, it will undoubtedly be curtain for West Ham’s hopes of bringing him to East London this summer.
