West Ham ace Pablo Fornals shared how much he enjoys playing with Michail Antonio, when speaking to the club’s official website. Perhaps the Spaniard’s comments were a back-handed swipe at Sebastien Haller?

Who knows. We’ll let you decide for yourselves.
Fornals told WHUFC.com:

“For me, Mick is a good partner. We have a good understanding, he knows what I’m going to do and I know in which direction he wants to run, so I hope this relationship gives us goals and opportunities.”
Pablo Fornals has racked up two goals and two assists this season and only one of those goal involvements came when Sebastien Haller was playing.
The 26-year-old Ivorian is undoubtedly a talented player. There are huge question marks hanging over his head, however, regarding whether he has what it takes to cope with the physical challenge of the Premier League.

Sebastien Haller needs to step it up
The former Eintracht Frankfurt striker seems to be bullied by opposing defenders far too regularly.
Sure, Haller is never going to run the channels like Antonio. That’s not what his game is about. He does need to make more of a nuisance of himself, however, and guard the ball better when he receives it into feet.
The Ivorian would do himself a favour by watching Burnley hitman Chris Wood and learning from the manner in which he protects the football when it is pumped long to him.
Pablo Fornals’ comments on Michail Antonio highlight Haller’s failings. Perhaps the Spaniard didn’t mean anything by praising the Englishman, but his comments certainly shine a light on Sebastien Haller’s struggles this season.
