The Hammers have made a fine start to their 2020/21 Premier League campaign.
And Michail Antonio has played a key role for David Moyes’ team. That’s in spite of him having missed West Ham’s last three games through injury.

The east London outfit can go fifth if they beat Aston Villa tonight at the London Stadium. That represents quite the turnaround from last season’s problems.
Moyes deserves great credit for the manner in which he has the Hammers playing now. We are well organised and extremely hard to beat. We are also a real threat when going forward.
Hoddle spoke to the Evening Standard and backed West Ham for a top six finish whilst praising Antonio:

“Michail Antonio has been outstanding, Sebastien Haller has come in and down his bit, the midfield does not change that much at all, so there is continuity there and there is a belief about West Ham. I can see them finishing in the top 10, without any shadow of a doubt. Maybe even sixth or seventh the way they have been going. They are very well organised and they have a nice balance between defending well and attacking teams as well.”
West Ham undoubtedly have a chance of finishing inside the top six this season.
It will be imperative for Moyes to bolster his ranks in January in order for that to become a reality, however.
It could be argued that West Ham need three top quality additions if we are going to challenge towards the top end of the Premier League.
It remains to be seen whether the Hammers owners are prepared to back Moyes in the January window, however.
