The first picture of Danny Ings wearing a West Ham United shirt has emerged on Twitter this morning.
The 30-year-old was sold to West Ham from Aston Villa yesterday for around £15 million.

And he has now obviously completed his medical ahead of his move to the London Stadium.

Danny Ings will be a great signing for the Hammers in my opinion, and he is just what we need right now.
The merits of bringing him to East London as far as future long-term planning is concerned is debatable. But for the here and now, he’s perfect.
West Ham need someone to put the ball in the back of the net, and Ings has done that consistently for years, wherever he has been.
David Moyes has got his man now, but how does he look in the famous Hammers shirt?

As long as the 30-year-old was registered before midday today, he will be eligible to play against Everton tomorrow afternoon.
And judging by the below picture, that is the case:

I really think David Moyes should throw him straight in from the start though, if he is eligible of course.
Danny Ings is perfectly up to speed with the Premier League, and he could make a huge difference for West Ham against Everton.
I’m very happy that Ings is now a Hammer, and I can’t wait to see him in action at the London Stadium.
