Declan Rice is valued at £100 million or even more according to West Ham United manager David Moyes.
The 23-year-old has been absolutely sensational for the Hammers over the past couple of years and as a result, he’s been linked with moves to Chelsea, Manchester United and Manchester City (The Telegraph).

Rice is incredibly important to West Ham though and Moyes will undoubtedly fight tooth and nail to keep him at the London Stadium this summer and beyond.
The Hammers still hold all of the cards. The England international is still under contract with the East London outfit until the summer of 2024 and we have the option of extending that deal by a further 12 months.
If any club is keen to sign Rice, they had better be prepared to make a British transfer record offer for the midfielder.
David Moyes recently suggested that it will take even more than £100 million to prise Rice away from West Ham in the summer, as quoted by Eurosport:

“There was a bargain to be had with Declan rice at £100million. That’s now gone.”
Declan Rice responds to £100 million price-tag
The Hammers ace is undoubtedly one of the very best in his specific position in world football.
He has reached an entirely new level this season and seems to have transformed into an all-action, box-to-box midfielder.
And Dec responded when asked by the Evening Standard whether he believes he is worth in excess of £100 million:
“You hear those numbers and for me it is crazy. All I can do is go out there and perform, regardless of the price tag. I just need to focus on playing well and performing at the best level I can.”

In 26 Premier League appearances for West Ham this season, Rice has averaged 2.4 tackles, 1.7 interceptions and 1.2 clearances per match. (Who Scored).
During those outings, the 23-year-old has made 57 passes on average per game and has recorded an incredibly impressive completion rate of 91.1% (Who Scored).
It is clear and obvious to see how how vitally important Rice is to this West Ham United team. Losing him does not bear thinking about, regardless of the huge transfer fee that we would undoubtedly receive.
In order to keep him at the London Stadium though, matching his ambition in the transfer market this summer will be crucial.
Whether the West Ham owners are prepared to do that though, remains to be seen.
