Declan Rice has posted a two-word message with a picture of him sporting a West Ham bag from the England camp after sitting out training.
As the old saying goes there is no rest for the wicked and Rice is certainly that when it comes to his performances for West Ham and England.
Rice has led West Ham into the quarter-finals of the Europa League and right in the mix for European football again in the Premier League.

And West Ham fans will be hoping he steers clear of injury after joining up with the England squad for friendlies against Switzerland and Ivory Coast.
The West Ham talisman would likely have been joined in the squad by Hammers teammate Jarrod Bowen for the first time.
But Bowen’s injury put paid to those chances with hopes high that the forward will return after this two-week international break.

Having played 120 minutes in the unforgettable win over Sevilla on Thursday night and then faced Spurs on Sunday, Rice sat out England training on Monday and did recovery sessions instead (Evening Standard).
The West Ham midfielder was spotted chatting to Aston Villa’s Tyrone Mings in one such session in a post from the England football team’s Twitter account.
There are no concerns over any Rice injury, though.

Rice posted a two-word message with his West Ham bag in hand from the England camp after sitting out training.
“We back,” Rice said on Twitter alongside a picture of himself holding a West Ham bag as he walked into St George’s Park.
What a guy.
Rice is one of seven West Ham first team players to be called up for international duty including Ben Johnson for England Under 21s.

Rice certainly looked to be enjoying himself as he shared a laugh with Arsenal star Bukayo Saka and his good friend Mason Mount.
David Moyes will be keeping everything crossed that they all return to Rush Green fit and healthy ready for the run in.
One player who won’t be meeting up with his national team is Michail Antonio.
