West Ham are now demanding at least £120 million for Declan Rice and ex-Premier League player Charlie Adam has had his say on the situation.
The Sun reported yesterday morning that the Hammers are now asking for a mimim of £120 million from any club that wishes to prise the 23-year-old away from the London Stadium.

David Moyes did tell everyone that the chance of signing Rice for a ‘£100 million bargain’ had passed after the summer transfer window slammed shut.
Chelsea, Manchester City and Manchester United all want to sign Dec in the summer according to The Telegraph.

Whether any of those clubs will meet Rice’s massive asking price remains to be seen though. He is still under contract with West Ham until the summer of 2024 and the club have the option of extending that deal by a further 12 months if they so wish.
We certainly hold all of the cards and the likes of Chelsea, Man United and Man City will have to go big if they want to sign the Hammers midfielder.
One ex-Premier League player thinks that £120 million would be a bargain for the 23-year-old though…
Declan Rice a steal at £120 million
That’s according to former Liverpool, Blackpool and Rangers midfielder Charlie Adam.
Many people were suggesting on Twitter that Rice isn’t worth anywhere near that kind of fee. The point they are missing is that West Ham are setting a price for Rice because we don’t actually want to sell him!

If no club is willing to pay what the Hammers value him at then we keep him, job done!
Keeping him at the London Stadium will not be easy though, unless the West Ham owners make a real statement of intent during the summer transfer window.
Charlie Adam believes that one of the Premier League giants should not hesitate to snap Dec up for £120 million though:
You can’t argue with Charlie Adam.
Rice is the best at what he does in the Premier League, there is no denying that.
You could even make a case for him being there very best in world football! He is that good.
Whether any of the clubs interested in his services will be prepared to pay anything like that though, remains to be seen.
And if they aren’t ready to pay £120 million or something like that amount, then Rice will stay at West Ham…simples!
