Liverpool look to have been given an unfair advantage over the likes of West Ham United in the race for the top four.

Has insider just dropped big Sima hint after discussing Moyes’s secrets

And it is all as a result of the protests from Man United fans which spilled inside Old Trafford last weekend.

West Ham fans are no strangers to protesting to get their owners out.

But by breaking into the Theatre of Dreams, Man United fans had their club’s game against Liverpool postponed.

Man United fans have given Liverpool advantage over the likes of West Ham in top four race

West Ham fans were hoping for a Red Devils win in that game as they bid to beat Liverpool to a top four spot.

Of course Chelsea and Spurs are in the mix too.

Now the postponement could hand Liverpool a big advantage. Jurgen Klopp’s side have had a two-week rest ahead of this weekend’s game against Southampton.

And the rescheduling of the Man United game means they will face Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side at the end of three Premier League matches in just five days.

With four games to go West Ham sit fifth, just three points off fourth-placed Chelsea.

Red Devils must now play Liverpool at the end of three Premier League games in just five days

West Ham have a four point gap over Liverpool – but the Anfield side have that Man United game in hand.

Now Man United must play Villa on May 9th before Leicester just 48 hours later and then Liverpool 48 hours after that.

Obviously the postponement was not Liverpool’s fault.

But with Man United already pretty much home and hosed for a top four spot and the Europa League final on the horizon, West Ham will be feeling less confident of a favourable result for them in that game.

The Man United game is Liverpool’s most difficult remaining fixture – on paper at least.

The issue will not be lost on David Moyes who has been questioning West Ham’s treatment by authorities of late.

Hammers must focus on the controllables – starting with Everton

West Ham must simply concentrate on what they can control, winning their remaining four games.

Do that and Moyes’s boys will finish above Liverpool.

Chelsea face a tough trip to Man City on Saturday night with Pep Guardiola’s side looking to seal the title.

So West Ham will be hoping they can draw level on points with the Blues if they take care of business against Everton on Sunday.

Tottenham meanwhile face a difficult trip to Leeds in the Saturday lunchtime kick-off.
