West Ham United have announced exciting plans at the London Stadium ahead of tonight’s big Europa League game.
David Moyes’s Hammers take on Austrian side Rapid Wien in the second group game as they look to assert their control at the top of Group H.
The match is significant for West Ham.
It is the club’s first bona fide European home game for 15 years. And it is also West Ham’s first ever European group stage match at home.

European adventure if West Ham’s reward for last season’s hard work
The European adventure is West Ham’s reward for a record breaking season last term.
The Hammers recorded their highest ever Premier League points haul as they finished sixth, missing out on a Champions League place by a solitary win.
Moyes has urged his players and fans to enjoy their Europa League experience as it is the reward for all their efforts last season.

Hammers looking to make it a night to remember with host of London Stadium plans
And West Ham are going to try and make sure they do just that with several pre-match plans at the London Stadium this evening.
There will be a pre-match DJ set on the Heineken Bar stage between 5.30pm and 7.30pm from DJ and producer Darren Emerson.
“Darren is a globally known DJ, remixer and producer with his acclaimed performances as part of Underworld and a big West Ham fan,” West Ham announced.

Light shows, crowd display, new statue, DJ set and West Ham’s 1965 European champions on the pitch
After that a light show using the club’s new state-of-the-art LED floodlight system will take place before kick-off.
And there will also be a crowd display waiting for supporters in the Billy Bonds Stand.
Fans will also get to see the club’s brand new statue of West Ham legends Sir Geoff Hurst, Bobby Moore and Martin Peters which was unveiled yesterday.
The ‘West Ham United’s European Champions’ sculpture is located at Champions Place, outside the Bobby Moore Stand.

Game still not sold out as West Ham incentivise fans with eight-ticket offer
And a photographer will be on hand at the statue taking fan pictures with the best ones shared on social media after the game.
Then at half-time fans will hear from Sir Geoff Hurst and other members of the 1965 European Cup Winners’ Cup team to celebrate the launch of the statue.
The club is also putting on a Photobooth experience for a print-out image as a free souvenir from the first European game at London Stadium of 2021/22.
At the time of writing West Ham have not yet sold out the fixture.
And supporters have been invited to buy up to eight tickets each for the game.
