According to a report from 90 Min, West Ham want to sign Real Madrid hitman Luka Jovic this summer.
Los Blancos are allegedly ready to cut their losses on the 22-year-old striker.

Jovic has struggled since joining Madrid from Eintracht Frankfurt for £57 million last summer (Guardian).
The Serbia international has scored just two goals in 24 games for the Spanish giants so far this season (Transfermarkt).
In truth, he has looked like a fish out of water at the Bernabeu. But perhaps it’s too early to pass judgement on him.
Quality is obvious
The former Eintracht Frankfurt ace clearly has a lot of talent.
And it seems as though Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane is a big fan of Jovic.
The French legend told reporters back in January how he believes the 22-year-old is ‘the future’, as quoted by the Daily Mail:
“Jovic is clearly an option. He is the future. There’s a need to be calm with him as he is learning. He is a kid who really wants to learn. He’s very good and he’s going to score lots of goals. We’re backing him and we need to be calm with him.”
Judging by Zidane’s comments, he won’t be willing to give up on Jovic just yet.
So West Ham could have their work cut-out if they want to sign the 22-year-old this summer.
And considering the Hammers’ financial problems caused by the ongoing global pandemic, it is highly unlikely that they would be able to tempt Madrid into selling the Serb.
Perhaps West Ham boss David Moyes should just look elsewhere at cheaper and more easily attainable options than the Madrid star.
