West Ham will have to wait to sign Armando Broja as Chelsea prepare to jet off to America

West Ham United allegedly may have to wait until the end of the summer before we sign Armando Broja from Chelsea.

That’s according to high-level club insiders Claret and Hugh who claim that Broja will be looked at closely by Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel during the club’s pre-season tour of America.

We think that the Albania international would be an exceptional addition for the Hammers this summer.

Chelsea are set to play the likes of Club America and Arsenal in Florida, Las Vegas and Charlotte next month.

The Blues will not return to England until late July.

So it appears as though West Ham won’t be signing Armando Broja anytime soon…

West Ham will have to wait to sign Broja

With Tuchel keen to get a proper look at the 20-year-old striker during Chelsea’s pre-season trip to America, the Hammers won’t have a chance to sign him before the end of July/early August.

David Moyes must to everything he can to bring Broja to the London Stadium this summer though, whenever that may be.

What an incredible signing the youngster would be for us.

The Chelsea ace is one of the most talented young forwards on the planet at the moment and he could genuinely take us to a new level entirely next season.

Broja spent last season on loan from Chelsea at Southampton and he massively impressed.

The Albanian has proven that he is a striker who is well capable of succeeding at the very highest level.

The Chelsea owned ace is strong, quick and is a really, really good finisher. Broja bagged nine goals and one assist in 36 games for Southampton last term (Transfermarkt).

It is his all around game that has been the most impressive thing about him though. The way in which he holds up the ball with his back to goal and brings others into play has been truly magnificent to watch.

He has been described as an ‘exceptional’ striker by The Athletic. Broja seems to be ideally suited to West Ham and considering the way in which he stretches the opposition with tireless runs into the channels, it’s easy to see why Moyes wants to sign him.

Broja could cost around £40 million this summer according to Give Me Sport.

And if West Ham are to sign Broja, we don’t mind waiting until deadline day. This is quite simply a deal that we just have to get done, by hook or by crook.
