West Ham are keen to sign Barcelona goalkeeper Neto according to a report from Calcio Mercato.
In other news…Report: Deal to sign 34-year-old could cost West Ham just £6 million all in
Hammers boss David Moyes will undoubtedly be keen to sign a new goalkeeper this summer.
Lukasz Fabianski recently turned 36 and his consistent injury problems will be a real concern for the powers that be at the London Stadium.
On top of that, the Poland international’s back-up Darren Randolph is 34, and let’s be honest, he is an average stopper at best.

West Ham cashing Neto?
Calcio Mercato claims that the Hammers want to sign the 31-year-old Barcelona goalkeeper.
We could face competition from the likes of Arsenal and Juventus for his signature, however.
The one-capped Brazil international would be a decent, cheap option for West Ham.
Neto is very good with his feet and has great distribution. He isn’t the most aerially commanding of goalkeepers, however.

And that may well be a factor considering the robust, aggressive nature of Premier League football.
Sport claims that the goalkeeper who joined Barca for around £22 million in the summer is set to leave the Camp Nou this season.
And he could be available for a bargain fee.
Neto wouldn’t be a bad signing at all for West Ham. We would prefer it if Moyes went all out for a younger goalkeeper, however.
Someone like Alphonse Areola or Sam Johnstone would fit the bill perfectly.
Having said that, the Barcelona stopper would still be a satisfactory signing for the Hammers.
