Pedro Almeida has claimed that Felipe Anderson will return to West Ham in the summer. The journalist suggested that he has no future at the London Stadium, however, and Fiorentina are already showing interest in signing him.

Now, with plenty off speculation going around with the summer transfer window approaching, it is easy to be misled sometimes.
Pedro Almeida has good form, however.
He has a history of being bang on the money, usually with transfers involving Portuguese and Brazilian sides.

So the fact that Anderson is Brazilian and that he is on loan with a Portuguese side means that we should take Almeida’s claim seriously.
Felipe Anderson has endured a shocking loan spell with Porto.
The 28-year-old left West Ham on loan in October last year in a bid to reinvigorate his career.
The loan switch has been a disaster for all parties involved, however.
The Porto manager Sergio Conceicao never wanted Anderson signed from the start.

West Ham winger Felipe Anderson a target for Fiorentina?
The former Lazio winger has hardly played, so the last six months or so must have been a real struggle.
And the 28-year-old’s value has plummeted. He will have just one year left on his deal with West Ham in the summer.
Pedro Almeida reckons Anderson will definitely return to West Ham. He is already been watched by Fiorentina, however:
With Anderson’s contract so close to expiry, we will be lucky to get much more than £10 million for him this summer.
Perhaps it would be in our best interest to keep hold of him. Moyes could then attempt to turn his career around, much in the same way as he has done with other players who were struggling.
The West Ham boss has a great track record with getting the best out of underperforming stars.
Perhaps Felipe will be his next project?
Having said that, if Fiorentina make a decent offer for Anderson’s services in the summer, it would be no surprise to see West Ham move him on.
