West Ham United are interested in signing Manchester City ace Yangel Herrera this summer according to a report from Goal. And some Hammers fans have taken to Twitter in reaction to the speculation.

David Moyes desperately needs to bolster his central midfield ranks at the London Stadium in the summer.
Declan Rice and Tomas Soucek have forged a magnificent partnership in the middle of the park over the past 12 months.
Rice has been ruled out for a few weeks at least with a knee problem, however.
And the 22-year-old’s injury and subsequent prolonged absence has laid bare West Ham’s central midfield weaknesses.

Mark Noble was a fine player in his day but he quite simply hasn’t got it at the very highest level anymore.
Strengthening in central midfield will be absolutely vital for David Moyes this summer.
And Man City ace Yangel Herrera would surely be a very wise addition for West Ham.

The 23-year-old Venezuela international is an athletic and energetic midfield player. He has great quality in possession of the football as well.
Currently on loan with Granada, he is expected to return to the Etihad in the summer to link up with Pep Guardiola again.
Whether Pep decides to move him on permanently, however, remains to be seen.
