West Ham United could sign former player Joao Mario from Inter Milan for just €10 million (£8.6 million) this summer according to football journalist Pedro Almeida.

ExWHUemployee claimed yesterday that Hammers boss David Moyes is considering bringing the 28-year-old midfielder back to the London Stadium.
The 46-capped Portugal international spent the second-half of the 2017/18 season on loan at the London Stadium.
Joao Mario was a real fan favourite at West Ham.

The experienced central midfielder is currently spending the season on loan with Sporting Lisbon.
He is set to return to Inter Milan in the summer, however. And after Ex’s claim that Mario’s agent has already been in touch with West Ham, a return to East London could be on the cards for the Portuguese ace.
It definitely wouldn’t be the worst signing we could make.

West Ham to swoop in for Joao Mario?
David Moyes certainly needs to bolster his options in the middle of the park.
So West Ham signing the Inter Milan ace would certainly make sense this summer.
Football journalist Pedro Almeida claims Inter will demand around £8.6 million for Joao Mario this summer:
Now, Almeida has a history of being bang on the money, usually with transfers involving Portuguese and Brazilian sides.
So it seems as though this one could have some legs.
Let’s hope it does, because Joao Mario returning to West Ham before the start of next season would be very good news.
And what’s more, £8.6 million for the Portuguese ace would be very good value for the Hammers.
