Once again, the future of Marko Arnautovic continues to dominate the headlines. According to The Times, Shanghai SIPG are the Chinese team interested in the Austrian.

And this report claims that Shanghai are set to launch a £45m bid for the 29-year-old, as well as offering the player £300k-per-week in wages.

The London Evening Standard reports that West Ham want Shanghai to spend closer to £50m after rejecting an offer of just over £30m.

The same London Evening Standard article claims that West Ham want to sign a striker immediately if Arnautovic departs, with Callum Wilson lined up.

The 26-year-old has scored nine Premier League goals for Bournemouth so far this season and netted on his England debut. Chelsea also want the ex-Coventry City striker but Bournemouth’s £75m asking price is putting the Hammers off.

Pedro Obiang is being linked with a move to French club Lille, according to RMC Sport. Over the weekend, Sky in Italy (via Sky Sports News) claimed that the 26-year-old was set for a £10m move to Fiorentina.

But the Equatorial Guinea midfielder could be moving to France instead with Lille ready to enter the race.

The London Evening Standard reports that West Ham will move for Newcastle United midfielder Jonjo Shelvey if Obiang leaves.

A weekend report by The Express claimed that the Magpies had turned down a £10m bid from West Ham but an improved offer was being lined up.

The 26-year-old is a local boy and supported West Ham when he was younger so the move might tempt him.
