Rumours that Marko Arnautovic is trying to force a move to China are picking up pace.

On Sky Sports show Goals on Sunday, Michail Antonio appeared to confirm that his 29-year-old team-mate wants to move to China.


The Austrian forward has scored 19 goals since his summer 2017 move from Stoke City.

Pedro Obiang linked with exit

Pedro Obiang is on the verge of leaving West Ham, according to reports.

Sky in Italy (via Sky Sports News) claim that the 26-year-old midfielder is close to joining Fiorentina.

The Equatorial Guinea international is said to be keen on returning to Italy.

Hammers want Amadou Diawara

West Ham have identified Amadou Diawara as Obiang’s replacement.

According to Tutto Mercato Web, the Hammers have tried to sign the 21-year-old but Napoli are keen to keep him.

The Guinea international has impressed since his 2016 move to the Serie A heavyweights.

Jonjo Shelvey targeted

West Ham are ready to press ahead with an attempt to sign Newcastle United midfielder Jonjo Shelvey, according to The Express.

The Irons have seen a £10m bid rejected by the Magpies but are ready to increase their offer to sort out Obiang’s replacement.

The six-cap England international was born in Romford and supported West Ham as a boy.
