West Ham think they may be able to land a second Chelsea star late in the transfer window as report makes Armando Broja claim.
West Ham are expected to announce Chelsea outcast Emerson Palmieri as their seventh signing this week.
It has been a summer of upheaval for both West Ham and Chelsea with a raft of departures and arrivals.

And results for both clubs have reflected that so far in the fledgling Premier League season.
West Ham have looked to London rivals Chelsea for transfers in several positions over the last year or so.
As well as Emerson, the Hammers have been linked with Chelsea fringe players including Conor Gallagher, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Ross Barkley and striker Broja.
It comes after West Ham raided Chelsea last summer to sign Kurt Zouma from the Blues for £29.5m.

Transfer reporter Fabrizio Romano claims the Hammers have agreed a deal worth £13m plus £2m in add-ons with Chelsea for 28-year-old Emerson.
And the transfer to bring the 27-capped Italy international to the London Stadium from Stamford Bridge could be finalised imminently he claims.
That tallies with a report from West Ham website KUMB who also state another Blues ace remains on David Moyes’ radar.
West Ham think they may land a second Chelsea star late in the transfer window as the report makes Broja claim.

“Moyes remains interested in signing Chelsea forward Armando Broja, who is on the radar of several Premier League clubs,” KUMB reports.
“Although Chelsea manager Thomas Tuchel stated on Friday how he intends to retain the Albanian international’s services, West Ham remain hopeful that a deal can be struck in the final few days of the transfer window which closes 10 days from now (Sunday).”
The Tuchel comments KUMB refer to are these below, which suggest the German is firmly putting the ball in Broja’s court.

“Given the size of the squad at the moment it is a huge chance for Armando to have an impact at Chelsea,” Tuchel said.
“I understand this is his clear ambition, his clear goal to make his step here. It’s on him, he gets full support, he has our trust and full support.”
Broja has played just 17 minutes of Chelsea’s opening three games of the season so far.
