West Ham United striker target Ollie Watkins has responded to a question about his future.
According to a report from The Sun, West Ham are plotting a summer move for the £20million-rated Brentford striker.
David Moyes is battling to keep West Ham up. But whatever happens, the Hammers desperately need to bolster their attacking ranks before the start of next season.

West Ham must add to striker options this summer
They brought in £45million record signing Sebastien Haller and took a gamble on £8million Albian Ajeti last summer. But that was after getting rid of all five of last season’s strikers and it has not worked out.
The Sun claims West Ham are keen to sign 24-year-old Watkins in the summer after a superb campaign in which he has already bagged 22 goals in 36 games so far.
Watkins has proved he is an all round threat too. He has averaged 2.6 shots on goal per game, and he has won an average of two aerials per match. Watkins has also averaged 0.7 dribbles and 1.5 key passes per game during that period (Who Scored).

Hammers linked with £20m star who fits Moyes’s new philosophy
Sky Sports claim that Brentford value the West Ham target at around £20 million.
In this day and age, that would represent excellent value for money for the Hammers. And he fits the profile of player David Moyes wants to bring to the club.
The Scot has marked out his vision for West Ham built around young, hungry players from the Championship and across Europe who will give the team energy and desire (whufc.com). Jarrod Bowen and Tomas Soucek are the first in that mould after signing in January.
Speaking at the London Football Awards on Thursday night, Watkins – who won the EFL Player of the Year honour – responded to questions about his future.

Watkins responds on future, but Hammers should not be disheartened
And disappointingly for West Ham fans he revealed his dream is to earn a move to Arsenal (Sports Gazette).
“Yeah, the dream,” he told Sports Gazzette.
“That’s the dream to play for Arsenal one day.
“But, you know, it’s a long shot.”
West Ham fans should not be too disheartened, though.
As Watkins has admitted himself such a move is unlikely.
And at least it shows he has the hunger and ambition to take a step up in his career.
