West Ham spent big on Sebastien Haller in the summer.
The Hammers signed the Frenchman for £45 million from Bundesliga outfit Eintracht Frankfurt.
Haller has struggled recently, however, scoring just one goal in his last 10 outings for the club.

Part of the problem is that the 25-year-old has next to no competition, so Manuel Pellegrini should be targeting the signing of an established hitman in January to address this issue.
And West Ham should look to the Bundesliga again to solve their striker woes.
Wolfsburg hitman Wout Weghorst would be an excellent option for the Hammers.
The 27-year-old was a target for West Ham in the summer of 2018, according to Dutch media outlet De Telegraaf.
The 6ft 6in Dutchman has been in fine form for Wolfsburg since joining the club in 2018, racking up 27 goals in 54 appearances thus far.
Weghorst is a fine target man, and Haller could learn a lot from the four-capped Netherlands international.
He would provide strong competition for Haller and give Pellegrini the option of resting the Frenchman as and when is required.
The Wolfsburg striker is vastly experienced, and he would provide West Ham with an entirely different option through the middle.
Whether the German club would be interested in selling the forward is debatable, however.
The Hammers should test their resolve in January nevertheless.
He would instantly improve West Ham’s toothless attack.
