West Ham United manager David Moyes is strongly being linked with a move to sign Boulaye Dia this summer.
According to Corriere dello Sport (print edition June 22nd, page 19), David Moyes can bring Boulaye Dia to West Ham for €25 million (£21 million), but that clause expires after July 20th.

So the Hammers have 27 days remaining before that release clause becomes null and void.

However, I strongly feel like £21 million is far too much money to be paying for someone with Dia’s obvious limitations…
West Ham have 27 days left to sign striker for £21m but David Moyes must walk away
Corriere dello Sport (print edition June 22nd, page 19) claim that Salernitana have taken up their option to sign the Senegalese forward on a permanent deal, but are open to making a quick profit on him.
Dia has a release clause worth £21 million inserted into his contract with the Serie A side – one that expires on July 20th.
That’s quite a rise on the £12-15 million fees that were being reported over the past 12 months or so.

West Ham really should be aiming for so much better than Boulaye Dia, and Moyes must walk away from the deal now in my opinion.
Don’t get me wrong, the 26-year-old is a decent striker, and if he was available for £10-12 million, I think it might be worth Moyes taking a punt on him.
£21 million just represents too much risk for the Hammers as far as I’m concerned though.
There are plenty of better strikers out there available for West Ham this summer – more cost effective ones at that as well.
