West Ham look set for a whirlwind weekend of transfer activity and Manchester United star Aaron Wan-Bissaka is next.
With the Olympics taking place at the moment it’s quite fitting that West Ham could be in for a Super Saturday.
The Hammers moved in to the former Olympic Stadium following London 2012.
And the famous Super Saturday in West Ham’s home ground was named Britain’s greatest Olympic moment.
Well now West Ham could be in for their own Super Saturday in the summer transfer window.
West Ham in for their own Olympic-sized Super Saturday
Hammers fans were pinching themselves on Saturday morning after an update from Fabrizio Romano.
Transfer reporter Romano gave the ‘here we go’ to three West Ham transfers.
After a month with no signings since the £40m capture of Max Kilman, the window has suddenly burst back into life for the Hammers.
Fans of rival clubs, pundits and journalists have been widely praising the deals being done by the club.
It is being claimed that German striker Niclas Fullkrug, Argentine World Cup winner Guido Rodriguez and Leeds United star Crysencio Summerville are all set to sign for West Ham this weekend.
The Irons are not done there, though.
Hammers News has checked in with the top source inside the club about the current situation.

West Ham’s transfer update and it’s Wan-Bissaka next
West Ham have issued a 10-word transfer update and it’s Man United star Aaron Wan-Bissaka next.
Speaking exclusively to Hammers News, the key London Stadium contact has confirmed West Ham are in for a ‘good weekend’.
And getting a deal done with Man United for right-back Wan-Bissaka is the next order of business.
“Hopefully we have a good weekend,” a West Ham spokesman told Hammers News when asked to confirm whether deals for Fullkrug, Summerville and Rodriguez were close.
“And then we crack on (to Wan-Bissaka).”
What a window this is turning out to be for West Ham.
Technical director Tim Steidten had it all to do this summer.
From appointing David Moyes’ successor to plotting a major rebuild of the Premier League’s smallest and second oldest squad.
Steidten pulls it out of the bag for Hammers
Fans were concerned, and some critical of Steidten, when the club went into a fourth week with no new arrivals.
But the German will have answered any critics with the raft of signings the club has confirmed are imminent.
Especially if West Ham then follow those up by landing Wan-Bissaka from Manchester United too.
After that attentions will turn to signing a new central defensive partner for Kilman.
But it may be that Nayef Aguerd and/or Kurt Zouma will need to be offloaded first.
A fitting Olympic-sized transfer weekend is in store for West Ham.
If Man United play ball and Julen Lopetegui can get key target Wan-Bissaka, then he will be well equipped to make the ‘big noise’ he declared was his intention when he was officially unveiled last month.
There could be some very exciting times ahead for West Ham.
