According to ExWHUemployee, West Ham boss Manuel Pellegrini has his eye on two unnamed strikers, having already completed a £45 million deal to sign Sebastien Haller (BBC Sport).
The Hammers now seem to be in great shape to make a real push for the top six next season.
The signing of another established striker will be a necessity, however.
West Ham have sold Lucas Perez and Marko Arnautovic, whilst Andy Carroll left the club on a free transfer earlier this summer.
And ExWHUemployee reckons Pellegrini has two strikers in mind:
No two separate. One is an African and another is a forward (whose name I know but have been sworn on) that I have linked us to about two years ago and is scoring in one of the top divisions in world https://t.co/SZMGerh6mC

Just one last time of trying to clarify what I said on the podcast. There are 2 potential forwards: One plays in a top league in Europe, I linked us two him about 2 years ago and have mentioned him on show this year (club don’t want his name out) the other one is African

So what can Hammers fans expect?
West Ham fans will be absolutely buzzing heading into the new season.
Pellegrini has already brought in Haller and Pablo Fornals, and with the likes of Felipe Anderson, Manu Lanzini and Jack Wilshere all raring to go, the Hammers could pose a real threat this term.
Quite who the Chilean is targeting remains to be seen. If he does indeed bring another top class striker in, a top six finish will be well within their reach next season.
These really are good times for everyone involved with West Ham.
