West Ham could move for Bournemouth striker Callum Wilson if Marko Arnautovic leaves, according to The Daily Mail.
Arnautovic is the subject of a £35m bid from an unnamed Chinese team, which West Ham have rejected, Sky Sports News reports.
But if Arnautovic does leave, West Ham have lined up Wilson as his replacement.
Marko Arnautovic at West Ham
Since arriving from Stoke City in summer 2017, Arnautovic has established himself as a key player at West Ham.
The Austria international has reinvented himself as a centre-forward, scoring 11 times to keep the Hammers up last season.
This season, the 29-year-old has netted eight times in 17 games to add to his growing reputation.
But as he approaches his 30s, the lure of China could tempt Arnautovic, who would earn wages of over £200k-per-week, according to The Daily Mail.
Who is Callum Wilson?
If Arnautovic does move to China, West Ham will make a move for Bournemouth forward Wilson.
The former Coventry City star is an exciting talent with the potential to star at West Ham for years to come.
The England international, who scored on his debut against USA recently, has scored nine Premier League goals in 20 games for the Cherries this season.
And despite battling injuries during his time in the top flight, Wilson still has a tally of 28 goals in 81 Premier League matches.
Chelsea are also interested in the 26-year-old, who Bournemouth rate at around £50m.
But West Ham could enter the race to bring in Wilson as their replacement for star man Arnautovic.
