West Ham United are said to be are battling Manchester United and Tottenham to sign Axel Disasi in the January transfer widow.
That’s according to a report from The Daily Mail who claim that the towering Monaco central defender is on David Moyes’s radar this winter.
Disasi would be an unreal signing for West Ham, but Manchester United and Tottenham chasing his signature as well will undoubtedly represent a big problem for us.
Central defence is an area at the London Stadium where Moyes will be absolutely desperate to strengthen in January.

Kurt Zouma is still struggling with injuries and Craig Dawson has been heavily linked with an exit from the London Stadium.
Disasi is someone who was linked with a move to West Ham fairly recently – mid December in fact.
And now it seems as though Moyes is pushing ahead with his interest in the Frenchman…
West Ham eyeing bold Axel Disasi
The Daily Mail reckon that Moyes is battling Man United and Tottenham to bring the Monaco ace to the London Stadium in January.
He was part of Didier Deschamps’ France World Cup squad, and impressed for Les Bleus out in Qatar.
Disasi is an absolute powerhouse of a centre-back, and he can play as a right-back as well.
The Frenchman possesses pace in abundance, has composure in possession and is incredibly strong both in the air and on the ground in the tackle.

In 15 Ligue 1 games for Monaco so far this season, Disasi has racked up one goal and three assists. During those outings he has averaged 1.3 tackles, 2.2 interceptions, three clearances and 2.3 successful aerial duels per game (Who Scored).
The France international is a very solid passer of the football as well. In 15 Ligue 1 games for Monaco this term, he has made 48.3 passes on average per match and has recorded an average completion rate of 82.5% (Who Scored).
Disasi has been described as an ‘elite’ talent by The Monaco Tribune. He really is a hugely exciting young talent. PSG Talk reckon that he will cost around €50m (£44m).
I would absolutely love West Ham to sign Axel Disasi.
Whether we are able to beat Manchester United or Tottenham to his signature remains to be seen though.
