The Mali hitman was in fine form for Porto last term. He racked up 21 goals and 11 assists in 47 appearances in all competitions.
The Hammers are obviously keen to sign an established hitman this summer, and Marega could be just the ticket.

Marega has never experienced any kind of success in any of the so-called top four leagues.
He is somewhat of a powerhouse, but he lacks pace, and that could prove to be problematic for West Ham.
The Hammers, with their intricate midfield players, will need a striker to stretch the opposition next season, and create more space in the middle of the park.
Maxi Gomez seems to be the ideal summer signing for West Ham, and judging by the reaction of some of their fans, they should avoid a move for Marega at all costs.
